Description
The deluxe 360 side of beef measures roughly 66″ long, 26″ wide and 16″ thick. It weighs about 50 lbs and comes with a reinforced chain for hanging. Both sides have excellent depth and detail. This beef is colored dark as though it has been aged, smoked, or roasted.
